Sorry for the delayed response, but the holiday season kept me very busy away from the blog.
So, you have (or had) some fresh untreated cider? That’s awesome stuff, great for making tasty hard ciders. I realize it may be too late now, but the best suggestion I can give you is to contact any one of the many local homebrew clubs to see if they’re interested in buying from you. I myself am a member of the Minnesota Home Brewers Association and we already participated in a group cider buy this year. If you have any other questions, please let me know. Also, if you can’t find anyone who wants to partake in the cider, contact me again. Maybe we can find some other people who may be interested. However, due to this response being so late, I’m sure you’ve probably already found someone to use the cider.
